LynaX organizes work in one workspace: AI Assistant creates outputs, AI Seller runs customer conversations, Knowledge supplies data, and Chat Platform connects customers.
Initial setup
- Register, complete the business profile, and select a workspace.
- Open AI Management and create an AI Agent or AI Seller.
- Add approved information in Data Sources.
- For customer conversations, create a Connection and assign an AI Seller.
Workspace areas
- Seller Hub: monitor and handle multichannel conversations.
- Scheduled Tasks: run one-time or recurring AI Agent work.
- AI Management: create, test, search, and configure Agents and Sellers.
- Artifacts: a library of AI-created websites, documents, sheets, slides, PDFs, analyses, code, and images.
- Knowledge: Data Sources, Apps/MCP, and Skills.
- Chat Platform: Connections, Customers, Broadcasts, and Reports.
Production checklist
- Grant each AI only the data, apps, and tools it needs.
- Test an AI Seller before enabling automatic replies on a live channel.
- Verify timezone, audience, and channel policy before scheduling work or a Broadcast.
- Use role-based access and monitor remaining credits.
Start with one small workflow, inspect real results, then expand permissions and automation.
