Structured data
Create collections, schemas, relations, records, and views for products, leads, customers, or operational data. Views define which fields AI and websites may read or write.
Documents and RAG
Upload approved reference files. Vector jobs process and track index status; attach the resulting sources only to the AI that needs them.
Website data and submissions
Website artifacts can read published data and write form submissions to configured collections. Runtime access is checked against workspace permissions.
Do not expose secrets or unnecessary personal data. Use views and roles to limit access.
