AI Management configures AI Agents for internal work and AI Sellers for customer conversations.
Create an AI
- Open AI Management and choose the Agent or Seller type.
- Set name, description, model, and a system prompt defining role, scope, and behavior.
- Select allowed Data Spaces.
- Save, then use Chat for Agents or Test chat for Sellers.
Configure capabilities
- Attach only required data, Skills, and Apps/MCP tools.
- For Sellers, configure collection tools and assign the correct connection.
- Pause an AI while making high-impact configuration changes.
- Use search and status filters for larger workspaces.
A useful system prompt
Define the goal, tone, preferred sources, prohibited actions, escalation conditions, and output format.
Never place secrets, access tokens, or passwords in a system prompt.
