Connect a channel
- Open Platform Connections and choose a channel.
- Complete OAuth or provide credentials as requested.
- Verify webhook status, then assign an AI Seller and responsible team members.
- Run a test conversation before enabling automatic replies.
Website Chat
Create a widget, configure its appearance and allowed domain, then add the script to your website. Messages appear in Seller Hub alongside other channels.
Enable only the tools and data each channel needs to keep responses within scope.
