By creating an account, accessing, or using LynaX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

If you use LynaX on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, managing team access, and all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information and notify us if you detect unauthorized access or a security issue.

LynaX provides AI tools for customer support, sales, data analysis, workflow automation, and business system integrations.

AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and using AI outputs appropriately for your business and legal obligations.

You retain ownership of the data, content, and materials you provide to LynaX. You grant us the right to process that data as needed to operate and improve the service.

Some features require a paid subscription or add-on purchase. Pricing, billing periods, usage limits, and entitlements are shown at checkout.

International payments may be processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. When you pay through Paddle, your transaction is also subject to Paddle buyer terms and policies.

Subscriptions may renew automatically based on the selected billing cycle unless you cancel renewal before the next billing date. When you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Add-ons such as credits, extra users, extra AI Agents, or extra AI Sellers are purchased as one-time transactions unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Add-ons may depend on the main subscription and may stop working when the main subscription expires or access is revoked.

You may not use LynaX to violate laws, infringe privacy rights, distribute malware, spam, deceive users, scrape data unlawfully, or create harmful content.

You may not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, bypass usage limits, or disrupt the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that harms others.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled according to the applicable billing and refund policies.

The service is provided as is and as permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims related to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant service period.

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you through the website, app, or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
