LynaX Affiliate Program Terms

Applications are public and affiliate accounts are activated automatically. LynaX may suspend or terminate an account and reject related commission when necessary to protect the program from fraud or abuse.

Affiliates must verify their email, provide accurate information, and maintain a valid PayPal account before payout. Paid-ad commission is held for manual review by default.

Attribution uses last-click with a 60-day cookie after the visitor grants marketing-cookie consent.

The customer must never have completed a paid Paddle subscription transaction. Free and trial accounts may still qualify.

Self-referrals, transactions between commonly owned accounts, and activity designed to manufacture commission are ineligible.

The reward is 25% of collected Paddle subscription revenue for 12 months from the first eligible conversion.

No commission applies to PayOS, in-app purchases, Cloud Usage top-ups, AI Credits, add-ons, free transactions, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or revenue LynaX does not retain.

There is no customer discount in this phase. LynaX may adjust rewards for verified refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or tracking errors.

Payouts follow NET-30 and are processed only after approved commission reaches the $50 minimum.

Phase 1 payouts are made manually through PayPal. Affiliates must provide accurate payout details and handle tax obligations in their jurisdiction.

Spam, misleading claims, impersonation, cookie stuffing, coupon-site abuse, and bidding on LynaX trademarks in paid search without written permission are prohibited.

Affiliates may not promise features, pricing, discounts, or outcomes that LynaX has not officially published.

Either party may end participation. Valid accrued commission remains subject to reconciliation, while fraud or material violations may void affected rewards.

LynaX may update the program with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively reduce approved rewards except for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud adjustments.
