Seller Hub combines connected-channel conversations so AI Sellers and team members can monitor, reply, and hand off work.
Monitor conversations
- Switch between Hub and conversation views.
- Search, filter active or paused conversations, and load older history.
- Review channel, customer, assigned Seller, delivery state, and mentor alerts.
Reply and take over
- Open a conversation and review its history.
- Enable or disable AI auto-response for that conversation.
- Send messages or attachments as a team member and inspect failed delivery.
- When AI requests a mentor, resolve the reason before re-enabling automation.
Data collection
Per-conversation data collection writes only to collection views configured for the assigned Seller.
Conversation deletion cannot be undone. Follow your retention policy before deleting.
