- Open Segments.
- Create a segment using buying intent, tags, purchase/reply status, or interaction window.
- Verify the matching count before using it in a Broadcast.
Marketing consent
Enable Block Broadcast messages when a customer opts out. Broadcast delivery must exclude opted-out profiles.
