Data Sources (Data Engine) manages Data Spaces, collections, schemas, records, and views used by AI, websites, and forms.
Create a collection
- Open Data Sources and create or select a Data Space.
- Start blank or use Product data, Lead capture, Customer database, or Knowledge base.
- Review the generated schema and default view before production data is added.
Schema and records
- Add and reorder fields; configure required and unique rules.
- Use relations between collections.
- Create records manually or receive them from Sellers, websites, imports, and runtime APIs.
- Review record source, vector status, and audit history.
Views and runtime access
Views define fields and table, form, public, or runtime behavior. Enable public/active only after validating exposed data and write permissions.
Do not expose secrets or unnecessary personal data in AI- or website-accessible views.
