Broadcast sends messages to an eligible customer segment through selected connections, with scheduling, quiet hours, and frequency controls.
Create a Broadcast
- Open Broadcast and choose Create Broadcast.
- Use a prompt to extract configuration or enter the name, instruction, and content manually.
- Select an audience and non-web connections.
- Set schedule, cooldown, reply/activity filters, and quiet hours.
- Review audience and channels before activation.
Monitor delivery
- Track draft, active, paused, completed, and cancelled states.
- Open details for run and delivery history.
- Stop a Broadcast when content, audience, or connections are no longer correct.
Send safely
Do not override a 24-hour window without provider approval. Respect opt-outs, frequency limits, quiet hours, and anti-spam rules.
