Scheduled Tasks run an AI Agent instruction once or on a daily, weekly, or monthly recurrence.
Create a task
- Open Scheduled Tasks and choose Create task.
- Select an AI Agent and write a self-contained instruction.
- Choose one-time or recurring, then configure time, weekdays/day of month, end time, or maximum runs.
- Save and verify the displayed account timezone.
Monitor and control
- Use list or calendar view.
- Open details for the latest result and run history.
- Pause or resume recurrence and cancel obsolete work.
- Recurring tasks preserve conversation context across runs.
Write safe instructions
Specify data source, time range, output format, and stop conditions. Test write-capable tools before recurring use.
Run a one-time test before enabling recurrence.
